Écoutez les livres audio immédiatement en ligne. Pour les livres électroniques, vous aurez besoin d’un compte Adobe Digital Editions pour lire hors ligne ou pour les transférer sur votre liseuse.

L'application Aldiko

Téléchargez l’application Aldiko Next pour iOS ou Android. Accedez au catalogue de Cantook Station dans l’application, et explorez notre collection de livres électronique et livres audio.

Pour configurer l’application, accepter le contrat de license et choisissez Skip pour ignorer la page de connexion. Sur la page Add a Library, choisissez Canada, Ontario et Kingston Frontenac Public Library. Saisissez votre carte de bibliothèque et votre numéro d’identification personnel.

Cliquer sur Catalogs puis sur Kingston Frontenac Public Library. Trouvez un livre et cliquez sur Borrow. Bonne lecture!

Cantook Station (English)

Cantook Station offers free digital access to over 9,000 eBooks and eAudiobooks in French – including well-known Québecois and European authors as well as translations of popular English-language titles.

Anyone with a KFPL membership can access Cantook Station, either on the web or through the Aldiko app for iOS or Android. Once you're online, just use your Library Card Number (Patron ID) as your Identifier and your library PIN as your password to login.

You may checkout 7 titles at a time for 21 days and reserve up to 3 items.

Desktop or Mobile Web Browser

Once you borrow an eAudiobook, you can begin listening immediately online. For eBooks, you will need an Adobe Digital Editions account to read offline or to transfer them to your eReader.

Mobile or Tablet App 

Download the Aldiko Next app for iOS or Android.  Aldiko Next allows you to browse, borrow and read eBooks, or listen to eAudiobooks, within the application itself.  No file transfer is required. 

To set up the app, follow the on-screen prompts and accept the license agreement. Skip the sign in page to get to Add a Library. Choose Canada, Ontario, and then Kingston Frontenac Public Library. You will then be able to sign in using your library card number and PIN.

To access eBooks and eAudiobooks, click on the Catalogs icon and Kingston Frontenac Public Library. Then simply choose an item of interest, click Borrow, and enjoy the contents right in the app.
